The gist, I'm Ali and anything you get here is not medical advice. Even if you buy a product from us, it still does not constitute as medical advice. - "Content" means any and all written, visual, or audio information contained on thefortydaydoula.com, including, but not limited to, any and all emails received from Ali Buchanan, The Buchanan & Co. LLC, DBA The Forty Day Doula or thefortydaydoula.com, and any and all written or Downloadable material Purchased, viewed, or otherwise offered on thefortydaydoula.com, such as blog posts, graphics, designs, documents, information, templates, and materials.

"Purchase", "Purchased", "Purchasing", "Downloading" or "Download" means any Content (as defined herein) or Courses, Services, and/or Products (as defined herein) you paid for and/or copied to your computer, hard drive, cloud system, or another process of downloading data, from this Site (as defined herein). If you wish to Purchase any product or service made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your information as needed to complete the transaction. 

"Personal Information" means information that can be used on its own or in conjunction with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual context. For example, personal information includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, etc. 

"Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products" means thefortydaydoula.com, Content, email list, social media posts, blog posts, courses, coaching services, templates, podcast, contracts, forms, or guides, ebooks, worksheets, workbooks, website materials, and/or templates available on the Site. 

"Site" means thefortydaydoula.com and any and all of its pages, tabs, subpages, and "Content", as defined herein.

"You" or "Your" means the user, customer, or viewer of the site.

The Forty Day Doula has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Forty Day Doula shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Transmission, purchase, or download of the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products are not intended to create, and does not constitute, an agreement to create a provider-client relationship with Ali Buchanan, The Buchanan & Co. LLC, DBA The Forty Day Doula. By accessing and using the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, such use shall constitute your agreement that the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, are not legal advice, shall not be relied upon by you as such, and  that no provider-client relationship has been created between you and us.

NO PROVIDER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND US

We do not offer to create any formal provider-client relationship with you on this Site. A formal provider-client relationship is only created once you have been sent and signed a specific and separate written agreement. We don't offer any medical services. We are not your doula, even if you purchase products from us. 

You're also not in a provider-client relationship with Ali Buchanan or The Forty Day Doula if you email Ali, use the contact form on the Site, or contact her through social media or any other channels.

Ali Buchanan is a certified full spectrum doula and childbirth educator but she is not practicing her doula work when you engage with the Site.
